摘要
为了描述纳米填料填充复合材料分散相的分散均匀性 ,提出了一种基于分数布朗运动模型的纳米填料填充复合材料分散相分散均匀性描述方法。该方法将纳米填料填充复合材料TEM图像转化为分散相分布密度矩阵 ,估计分散相分布密度矩阵的H参数值 ,提取分散相分布密度波动的分形特征来定量描述分散相分布的均匀性。通过将该方法实际应用于聚合物基纳米填料填充复合材料分散相分散均匀性描述 ,证明了该方法能够正确描述纳米填料填充复合材料分散相的分散均匀性。
To describe the distribution condition of filling particles in polymer nano-composites, a description method based on fractional Brownian motion (FBM) model was proposed. The method transforms the TEM image of polymer nano-scale composites into filling particle's space density distribution matrix, improves the estimation of the index of fractional Brownian motion. The distribution condition could be described by a fractal distribution characteristic of filling particle's space density distribution. The experimental results of the filling particles distribution consistency description showed the high performance of the FBM model-based description presented.
