摘要
研究了氢化物发生 -非色散原子荧光法测定绞股蓝中微量硒的方法。在选定的最佳条件下 ,方法的灵敏度高 ,检出最低浓度为 0 0 9μg/L ,准确度高 ,回收率大于 96 3% ,相对标准偏差RSD小于 1 % ,该方法操作简单、快速 。
The determinationof trace selenium in Gynostemma Penphyllum Makion using two-channel-Asf(XDY-3)is studied in this paper.Under the optimum conditions selected,the detection limit is 0.09μg/ml,and the linear range in wide.The relative standard derations are 1%.The recoveries of known samples are 96.3%～100.2%.The method in simple,accurate and practical.
