摘要 黏膜免疫系统是机体免疫系统的重要组成部分 ,它位于机体抵抗外来病原体入侵的第一道防线。涉及黏膜免疫调节的因素很多 ,包括细胞水平和分子水平的调节。目前对免疫调节的认识多来自系统免疫的研究 ,而对黏膜免疫调节的机理和过程的了解还很局限 。 Mucosal immune system is an integral part of whole-body immune system. It stands in the first line of defence against fo- reign invaders. There are so many factors involved in the regulation of mucosal immunity, including those at cell-levels and molecular-levels. The knowledge in this field comes from the research work concerning system immunity of body. There is little knowledge about the mechanism of regulation of mucosal immunity system. This article summarizes the recent information about mucosal immune regulation.
