摘要
本文根据汽轮发电机转子槽楔工作条件对所用材料的性能要求,分析了国内已有高强度导电铜合金的性能数据,提出了研制高温机械性能优异的CuCo2BeZr合金的必要性,并全面介绍了研制成功的CuCo2BeZr合金的成分、组织和所能达到的综合性能数据,得出了CuCo2BeZr合金是最适宜的大容量汽轮发电机转子槽楔专用合金材料的结论。
Based on the operating condition of the wedges of the turbogenerator and the analysis of the properties of domestic existing copper alloys with higher strength and electric conductivity, the necessity of developing the CuCo2BeZr alloy with superior mechanical property at elevated temperature was expounded. The chemical composition, structure and the properties of the CuCo2BeZr alloy successfully developed by authors were presented in detail. It is believed that the CuCo2BeZr alloy is the best material for the wedges of the large turbogenerator.
