摘要
为治理出砂油藏注水井出砂严重的现象 ,从地面管理到地下工艺 ,探索了一系列防治措施 :小套管二次固井工艺技术、滤砂管防砂技术、化学固砂技术、注水井智能监控装置的应用等 ,现场应用表明 ,小套管二次固井工艺技术有效地遏制了套损井的出砂 ,几种措施配套应用 ,使注水井出砂现象减少一半 。
For sanding of water injection wells is serious in sanding reservoir,a series of preventive measures are researched and applied,which are second well cementing technique in small diameter case,sand control technique using sand screen chemical sand consolidation technique and intelligent monitorng device.Field application shows that second well cementing technique in mall diameter case is an effective preventive measure to sanding in casing imperfection well.Applying a few kinds of measures at one time can make sanding of water injection well reduce,and obtain obvious effect.
