摘要
旋转机械非稳定信号阶比分析技术 ,是旋转机械特征分析的重要内容。本文提出并介绍了用时频分析技术中的瞬时频率估计实现伪转速跟踪阶比分析的方法。和传统方法相比 ,本方法无需转速计和鉴相装置等辅助硬件手段 ,简化了阶比分析的实现。介绍了借助本方法实现的阶比谱、阶比谱阵和跟踪阶比谱等阶比分析技术的方法 ,并通过实际测试验证了其有效性。本方法是对已有方法的有力补充 ,特别适合虚拟测试仪器发展的要求。
Order analysis plays an important role in non-stationary vibration signal processing in rotating machinery. It is a major content in character analysis of rotating machinery. A method for speed tracking, which employs instantaneous frequency estimation based on time-frequency analysis of signal, is introduced in the paper. In contrast with traditional methods, the use of tachometer and other special hardwares is avoided in the method so the application of order analysis is simplified. The analysis techniques of order spectrum, order spectrum matrix and tracking order spectrum etc, are also introduced. An actual test results show the validity of the method. It is a strong supplement to traditional methods and suit for the requirement due to the development of virtual instruments.
