摘要
目的 研究运动对 2型糖尿病下肢血管病变 (LEADDP)下肢血流的影响。方法 入选研究对象 3 0例老年LEADDP患者分别进行 10min伯格 -艾伦运动体操及 10min体操加 2 5m/min低强度步行 10min运动治疗 ,对 2种急性负荷运动治疗后下肢血管血液循环改善情况进行自身对照分析。结果 体操结合步行与单纯体操比较运动后即刻及 15、3 0、60min足背动脉收缩压与肱动脉收缩压之比 (API)统计学差异明显。体操结合步行运动后即刻与单纯体操后即刻及 15min足背动脉平均血流速度 (MN)比较统计学差异明显。结论 低强度且保证一定运动量的下肢功能锻炼能短期内增进肢体血液循环 ,体操结合步行的方式效果好于单纯体操 ,长期效果有待进一步观察。
Objective To study the effects of exercises on lower limb blood flow of type 2 diabetic patients with LEADDP. Method Subjects, 30 elderly patients with LEADDP, respectively received 10 minutes of Camp Allen gym and 10 minutes of gym combined with 10 minutes of low intensity walking at 25 m/min. After these two kinds of acute load exercise, the improvement of blood circulation in lower limb vessels were compared by self-control study. Results Statistically, significant differences exist between instant, 15 min, 30 min and 60 min API effects of gym combined with walking and only gym. Instant MN effects of gym combined with walking differ significantly from instant and 15 minutes MN effects of only gym. Conclusion\ Low intensity and certain amount of functional exercises to lower limbs can enhance blood circulation of limbs in a short period. Gym combined with walking has better effects than only gym. The long-term effects need to be further observed.
