摘要
The paper, based on the Chinese criminal law, explores the status and the role of the element of quantity of crime in the constitution of crime. The author agrees to the idea that the quantity of crime should be regarded as an independent element in the constitution of crime and advocates the establishment of system of constitution of crime that combines the body from the crime, the responsibility for the crime and the quantity of crime.
