摘要
通过对回转盖板针上纤维的受力分析 ,阐述了盖板针间纤维层的形成及对盖板速度、盖板根数和盖板回转方向等的影响 ,并给出了盖板参与梳理时间TW 这一新概念 ;对前后固定盖板的作用也做出了分析与肯定 ,同时指出 。
Through fiber weighted analysis in revolving flat needle, fiber mat formed among flat needles and influenced on flat speed, flat ends, flat revolving direction and so on was introduced, a new conception about flat participation carding time (Tw) was given. And same time, front and back stationary flat functions were analyzed and affirmed, results showed that stationary flat was unable to perfect substitute revolving flat function.
