摘要
本文在大量文献综合分析的基础上,通过对西方组织生态学形成和发展的系统回顾,简要介绍了其主要研究结论和研究方法,同时对组织生态学在中国的引进、发展和不足作了比较全面的评述,进一步指出借鉴西方组织生态学的成果并结合中国转型期社会经济发展的实际,围绕若干重要的理论和现实问题开展研究具有良好的发展前景。
By consulting a large number of literatures, this paper reviews the formation and development of the Western organizational ecology, of which the main conclusions and methodologies are briefly described. After commenting on the introduction, development and shortages of organizational ecology researches in China, the paper points out that it is promising to research into some important theories and practical problems by combining the achievements of the Western organizational ecology into the practice of China′s social and economical reform in the transitional period.
