摘要
知识管理已经成为组织获取核心竞争力的重要手段之一。文章紧紧围绕“人”这一因素,先阐述了知识和知识管理的基本概念,然后分析了“人”与知识管理的关系,在此基础上提出了促进知识管理的人力资源管理策略。这些策略可以为知识管理和人力资源管理的高层管理团队提供决策依据和参考。
Knowledge Management (KM) has been one of the most important strategies to build organizational core competence. In this paper we focus on 'human' factor of knowledge management. First, the concept of knowledge and knowledge management are briefly introduced, then we analyse the relationship between 'human' and knowledge management, and human resources management strategies facilitating knowledge management are proposed, which can be referred by top management team of knowledge management and human resource management.
