摘要
目的 研究川芎嗪对神经母细胞株 SH-SY5 Y细胞 L型钙通道的影响。方法 在 SH-SY5 Y细胞体外培养的基础上 ,采用全细胞膜片钳技术观察川芎嗪对 SH-SY5 Y细胞 L型钙电流 (ICa,L)的作用。结果 (1 )川芎嗪能够明显抑制峰值 ICa,L,且该作用具有浓度依赖性。(2 )川芎嗪使 ICa,L的 I-V曲线上移 ,但对其形状无明显影响 ,并且最大激活电位亦基本保持不变。结论 川芎嗪对 SH-SY5 Y细胞 L型钙通道具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To study the effect of ligustrazine on L-type calcium current (I Ca, L) in SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells. Methods The currents of L-Type calcium channels in SH-SY5Y cells were recorded byusingwhole-cellpatch-clamptechnique. Results Ligustrazinewasshownto inhibit I Ca,Lconcentration-dependently and to shift theI-Vcurves ofI Ca,L upwardly. Conclusions Ligustrazine possesses the inhibitory effect on I Ca, L channel in SH-SY5Y cells.
