摘要
建立高职人才培养模式是高等职业教育的关键问题。“1234教学模式”是以岗位需求为出发点,通过理论和实践两个教学体系,强化实践教学环节,突出职业技能训练,提高高等职业人才岗位适应能力。
The key point in higher vocational education is to establish a kind of mode to train students to become vocational talents. This paper talks about a new kind named“1234 teaching mode based on vocation needs. It strengthens the practical teaching and highlights the vocational skill training so that it can make students rapidly adapt to their jobs by applying theory teaching and practice teaching system to the mode.
