摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定补肾腰痛颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱 ;乙腈 水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ;检测波长为 32 0nm。结果 :2 ,3,5 ,4′ 四羟基二苯乙烯 2 O β D 葡萄糖苷的线性范围为 0 0 5～ 0 2 5 μg,r=0 99999;回收率为 97 4 7% ,RSD为 2 2 3%。结论 :该方法操作简便、快速、准确。
Object:To develope a HPLC method to determine the content of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in BUSHENYAOTONG granule.Method:The HPLC method was carried out on an ODS column using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(25∶75),and detection wavelength was 320nm.Result:with a relation efficient of 0.9999.Good linear relationshipe between wrea and amount was noted for 0.05～0.25μg.The average recovery of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy stibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and RSD were 97.47% and 2.23%,respectively.Conclusion:It was proved that the method was available,simple and accurate.
