摘要
该文在简要分析永磁直线同步电机的磁阻力(DetentForce)产生原理的基础上,采用半无限单端结构建立了由于边端效应产生的磁阻力分析模型,运用傅立叶级数与数值分析相结合的方法对磁阻力进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了优化初级长度从而降低磁阻力的原理与方法,并采用有限元分析进行了对比验证。
The potential causes of the detent force are briefly described, the analysis model of detent force resulting from finite length of the primary iron-cored armature is developed by the thrust resultant of the right and left half- infinite armature geometry. And finite element method and Fourier series nonlinear regress analysis are combined, the detent force of the prototype motor has been analyzed and validated. Based on the Fourier series nonlinear regress analysis model, the detent force is successfully minimized by adjusting the primary length.
