固溶处理及不同冷加工方式对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢波纹管抗应力腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 采用 4 2 %MgCl2 溶液对不同冷加工成形方式和固溶处理前后的波纹管进行了应力腐蚀试验 ,并对测试结果进行了比较 ,分析了固溶处理和不同冷加工成形方式对波纹管抗应力腐蚀性能的影响 ,为改善不锈钢波纹管的抗腐蚀性能提供了依据。 Before and after the solution treatment, the 42%MgCl_2 solution was used to test the bellows which were manufactured by different cold working methods, and the author compared the results gotten through the testing. Through compared the results, the author analyzed the influence of solution treatment and different cold working methods to the capability of anticorrosion of the bellows after they were shaped, and provided the evidence for meliorating the manufacture procession of the stainless steel bellows.
