蜗牛酶对白念珠菌抗菌作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文用3%蜗牛酶液及3%蜗牛酶、3%纤维素酶、1%溶菌酶配制的混合酶液,分别消化白念球菌。观察到温度以37℃消化破坏真菌最多。蜗牛酶液含菌量在10~5/ml以下,混合酶液含菌量在10~6/ml以下,37℃,经24小时可全部杀灭白念珠菌,具一定抗菌作用。两种酶液的消化比较观察,在6小时内混合酶液消化白念珠菌快,数量较多。菌量在10~7/ml,用蜗牛酶液,消化24小时后,将菌接种至沙氏培养基,37℃,24小时未见生长,48小时可见半透明细小菌落,72小时恢复正常乳酪状外观。其细胞壁再生不需特殊培养基。 3% snail enzyme solution and mixed enzyme solution which consists of 3% snail enzyme, 3% cellulase and 1% lysozyme were used to digeste C. albicans, respectively. The results showed that the most suitable temperature to destroy fungi was 37 C. Under this tempera- ture, the C. albicans treated by snail enzyme, after 24 hours,could all be killded when the density was<10~5/ml. Mixed enzyme solution had strongert effect within 6 hours,when the density was10~7/ml, C. albicans was inoculated in Sabourand dexteose agar 24 hours after being digested by 3% snail enzyme, no growning within 24 hours. 48 hours later, showing small semitransparent colony. The colony returned to cheeselike after 72 hours. The regeneration of cell walls did not need specific culture medium.
