摘要
文章通过对山西省地(市)县图书馆人员素质现状的调查,分析了地(市)县图书馆人员素质普遍存在的一些问题,并在此基础上提出解决问题的几点建议与对策。
Through the survey of current situation of library personnel's quality of cities and counties in Shanxi province,the author analyzes some common problems and gives some measures to solve the problems.
