摘要
本文报道用SPA协同凝集试验诊断鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)的标准操作程序。本方法灵敏度是AGP的16～64倍,特异性强,不与健康鸡法氏囊组织及6种其他的鸡病病毒发生交叉反应,可在2分钟内获得结果。故本方法适于在临床上推广应用。
This paper reported the standard operational procedure on Staphylococcus protein A (S-PA) coagglutination method for diagnosing IBC, which sensitivity was as 16 to 64 fold high as that of agar gel preeipitation test,which specifcty was good owing to no crossreaction to normal chick bursa of Pabricius and other six avian disease viruses except IBDV,and the results were obtained within two minutes. This method was suitable for application and popularization in clinical practice.
