四环素对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用

摘要 目的 探讨四环素对SD大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法 将 4 0只大鼠随机分成假手术对照组、缺血模型组和四环素治疗组 3组 ,采用线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型。通过计算大鼠神经功能缺陷评分及死亡率 ,测量脑梗死体积 ,观察神经元超微结构的改变 ,评定四环素的治疗作用。结果 治疗组大鼠神经功能缺陷评分、死亡率及梗塞体积 ,均显著低于模型组 ;且神经元超微结构有轻微改变。结论 盐酸四环素可能对缺血性脑组织有保护作用。 Objective To explore the neuroprotection of the tetracycline on focal cerebral ischemia in SD rats. Methods To establish the model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats with the suture occluded method. Forty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups, the shamoperated control group, the focal cerebral ischemia control group and the tetracycline treatment group. The tetracycline was injected into abdominal cavities of rats in treatment group at 1h,4h,24h,32h after operation. While in the model control group 0.9% sodium chloride was administered. To assess the neuroprotection of tetracycline by calculating neurological function deficient scores and the death rate of rats, measuring the volumes of infarction and inspecting the changes of neural ultrastructure. Results The tetracycline treatment group was markedly lower than the other groups in neurologic scores, the death rate and the volumes of infarction. And the changes were slight in the neural ultrastructure of treatment group rats. Conclusions The tetracycline is likely to have neuroprotection effects on the focal cerebral ischemia.
