摘要
目的?探讨卡托普利佐治儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎的临床疗效。方法:67 例儿童过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为两组,治疗组 34 例在综合治疗的基础上加用卡托普利治疗,对照组 33 例用综合治疗。比较两组主要症状体征和生化指标改善情况。结果:治疗组治愈率愈率 57.57% ,治疗组治愈率显著优于对照组 (χ=6.91, < 0.01)。结论:卡托普利佐治儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎疗效 2 P显著。
Objective: To study the efficacy of captopril in the treatment of children anaphylactoid purpura nephritis (CAPN). Methods: 67 cases of CAPN were randomly divided into treating group (n=34) who were given captopril besides comprehensive tretment and control group (n=33) given comprehensive treatment only. Main symptoms and improvement of bio-chemical index of two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of clinical effect in treating group is 82.35% which was more than that of control group 57.57% ( χ2 = 6.91, P < 0.01). Conclusion: Captopril is satisfactory in the treatment of children CAPN.
