摘要
学术期刊评价问题受到了理论界和相关人士的普遍关注。现有大多数文献是对印刷版期刊或期刊数据库分别进行评价。本文阐述了对学术期刊进行基于印刷版与电子版评价的原因 ,提出了一个学术期刊综合评价的框架体系 ,并介绍了印刷版期刊。
The issue of scholarly journal evaluation has received wide concern from the theory circle and relevant practitioners.The majority of existing literatures evaluate printed journals and journal databases respectively. This paper explains the reasons why we should evaluate scholarly journals based on both printed edition and electronic edition, presents a framework of comprehensive evaluation of scholarly journals,and gives a description of the evaluation indices of printed journals, journal Web sites and journal databases.
