摘要
在分析研究了虚拟轴机床的结构和坐标转换关系的基础上 ,针对清华大学研制的 6 -PSS型虚拟轴机床 ,提出了刀位后处理计算方法 ,包括刀轴矢量与机床坐标夹角的计算和NC数据的计算 ;为编制虚拟轴机床数控后处理程序提供一条捷径。
Based upon analyzing and studying the structure and coordinate transformation of parallel-link machine tool, aimed at the first 6-PSS parallel-link machine tool developed by Tsinghua University, an algorithm for CL data post-processing, including the calculation of angle between vectors of the cutter-axis and the coordinate of the machine tool, and the calculation of NC data is proposed. A shortcut route has been provided for working out the post-process program of parallel-link machine tools.
