摘要
研究了不同掺杂的光纤在辐照后引起的损耗增加,进而分析了掺Ge石英纤芯光纤的不同掺杂成分对其耐辐照性能的影响,提出最佳耐辐照掺Ge石英纤芯光纤的设想:包层掺F纤芯掺Ge的石英光纤,其中P的质量分数不超过0.5%,OH-含量在3×10-6以下,Cl的质量分数控制在0.9%左右。
The different radiation induced losses in optical fibers with various doping elements are investigated. The effects of various doping elements on the radiation-resistance of optical fibers are analyzed. The idea of the optimum radiation-resistant optical fiber is presented as follows: Ge-doped silica core with F-doped silica cladding, (≤0.5) wt.% of P, ≤3×10^(-6) of OH^-, about 0.9 wt.% of Cl.
