摘要
在我国农业发展的新阶段,农村土地作为重要的生产要素,按照市场机制合理配置已是必然的趋势。目前我国学术界关于农村土地流转问题的研究,主要包括土地流转的形式、特点及效果,土地流转的动因,土地流转中存在的实际问题,以及在分析土地流转制约因素的基础上,提出促进土地流转的基本思路、原则和政策建议等。
Land is an important factor in agricultural production. It is a trend to optimize land allocation according to market mechanism in the new period. At present, research on land leasing includes four aspects: forms, characters and effect of land leasing; mechanism of land leasing; problems in practice; principles, and specific solutions to improve land leasing based on the analysis on constraint factors.
