注射成形W-Cu研究现状及产业化发展趋势 被引量:16

The Present State in Research and Development Trend in Industrialization of PIM W-Cu Composites

摘要 本文就高热导率钨铜复合材料的应用及最新制备方法———注射成形作了报道 ,集中对比介绍了Jin-ChunKim、THKim ,以及German等人在这方面的最新研究成果。注射成形作为一种新型的材料近净成形技术 ,有独特的优势 ,钨铜复合材料的注射成形技术必将成为今后钨铜复合材料的重要发展方向之一。但是由于钨铜复合材料的注射成形技术起步较晚 ,其工业化还需加倍努力实现。本文对W -Cu的产业化现状及趋势作了总结 。 A comprehensive surrey was made with regard to applications and recent preparation method (PIM)of W-Cu composites with high thermal conductivity placing emphasis on the recent research results of Jin-Chun Kim,T H Kim and R M German et al As a forming technology for near net shape parts,PIM will Certainly become one of important production routes of W-Cu composites due to its unique advantage However achievement of the industrialization of PIM for W-Cu composites still needs double efforts owing to its late start The present state and trend of the industrialization for W-Cu composites was summarized and it was proposed that powder metallurgy process is an important rout for the industrialization in the days to come
