摘要
从目标管理的概念出发 ,论述网络环境下参考咨询工作的内涵、目标 ,以及实施目标管理的步骤 ,PDCA循环法在参考咨询目标管理中的运用 。
Beginning with the concept of objective management, this article discusses the connotation and objectives of reference consultation under the network environment, the steps to implement objective management, and the application of PDCA circulation to the objective management of reference consultation.At last, it proposes the matters needing attention in the management.
