一般资料500例中,男201例,女299例;年龄最小者32岁,最大者69岁;患病部位:右肩312例,左肩156例,双肩32例;发病1个月左右者222例,2个月左右者142例,3个月～6个月者98例,2年以上者38例。为了与其它原因引起的肩部疼痛相区别,
The article explicates the site of the occurrenceof scapulohumeral periarthritis and divides the diseaseinto the syndrome of Hand Taiyin meridian,that ofHand Yangming meridian,that of Hand Shaoyangmeridian and that of Hand Taiyang meridian.Pointsare selected mainly along the affected meridian andsparrow-pecking moxibustion with moxa stick isadded to those with aversion to cold and generalweakness.If several meridians are simutaneouslyaffected,points are alternately needled from them.The treatment is performed once daily,20 to 30minutes each session,and 12 sessions make up acourse of treatment.With I course to 4 courses,382cases(76.4%)were cured,108 (21.6%)were imp-roved,and 10(2%)failed.
