摘要
用HPLC分析比较了厚朴Magnolia officinalis的姜汁炒、姜汁浸、姜汁煮等17个炮制样品,为筛选最佳厚朴炮制工艺提供了一定的科学依据。
HPLC was appliedto determine and compare 17 samples of Houpo processed in differentways: sauted with ginger juice, dipped with ginger juice, boiled with ginger juice, and so on, Theresults provide a seientific basis for screening the best processing technology of Houpo.
