摘要
人力资源需求预测是企业为实现既定目标而对未来所需人员数量和类型的估计。采用生产效率结合生产量的定量分析方法———单元负荷法和总体趋势法 ,科学地预测人力资源数量 ,可以提高预测的精确度 ,为开发人力资源计划提供指导方针 ,为实施管理决策奠定坚实的基础 ,充分发挥出人力资源配置的整体功效。
The forecast for the human resource requirement is the enterprise estimate about the number and the type of people in future for fulfilling the fixed objects.Using the quantitative analysis measurement makes the productivity and production quantity unite with each other-unit load method and general tendency method,which can predict the quantity of human resources scientifically,can improve the precision of forecasting,can provide the guiding principle for development human resource plan,and can lay the firm foundation for enforcing administrative decision.give full play to the entire of human resource disposition.
