摘要
利用L 谷氨酸和苯甲醇反应制备了L 谷氨酸 苄酯 ,然后将其与三聚光气反应制备了N 羧基 L 谷氨酸 环内酸酐 (NCA) .以聚乙二醇单甲醚 (MPEG)为原料 ,制备了端氨基聚乙二醇单甲醚 (MPEG NH2 ) ,并以此作为引发剂 ,引发NCA开环聚合 ,合成了不同分子量的聚L 谷氨酸 苄酯 聚乙二醇单甲醚 (PBGM )嵌段共聚物 .利用IR、1 H NMR、DSC、GPC等方法对共聚物结构进行了表征 .结果表明 ,MPEG NH2 引发NCA开环聚合得到的是嵌段共聚物 ,通过1 H NMR谱得到共聚物组成及数均分子量 ;随着共聚物中MPEG含量的增高 ,聚L 谷氨酸
Benzyl-L-glutamate was synthesized by the reaction of L-glutamate and benzyl alcohol.N-Carboxy-γ-Benzyl-L-glutamate anhydride (NCA) was synthesized from γ-benzyl-L-glutamate and triphosgen.MPEG was used to prepare amine-terminated poly(ethylene glycol) monomethyl ether (MPEG-NH 2),which was used to initiate NCA ring opening polymerization and produce poly(ethylene glycol) monomethyl ether/poly(γ-benzyl-L-glutamate) (PMBG) diblock copolymers with various block contents and molecular weights.The structural characteristics of copolymers were attested by means of IR、 1H-NMR、DSC and GPC measurements.The results showed that products of NCA ring opening polymerization initiated by MPEG-NH 2 were block copolymers.Their block contents and number-average molecular weights were calculated from 1H-NMR.The hydrophilicity of homopolymer poly(γ-benzyl-L-glutamate was improved by adding hydrophilic MPEG blocks.
