摘要
角膜缘干细胞(LC)的研究进展为临床上角膜缘干细胞移植铺平了道路。眼表疾病的研究进展向角膜缘干细胞移植提出了新的挑战。角膜缘干细胞移植的研究进展为有效治疗眼表疾病,恢复患者视功能提供了一个契机。通过查阅国内外的资料,主要综述了角膜缘干细胞移植的研究进展以及角膜缘干细胞和眼表疾病关系的研究进展。
The research advance of limbal stem cell provides the newest way for the limbal stem cell transplantation, and limbal stem cell transplantation is facing a new challenge with the development of ocular surface disease. Moreover, the research on the limbal stem cell transplantation is helpful for the effective treatment of ocular surface disease and the regain of visual function of patients. Available literature on limbal stern cell transplantation, some descriptions of the ocular surface disease and the research of limbal stem cell are discussed in this review.
