摘要
介绍了基于网络的供热管理系统中实时图象处理和网络传送的一种实用方法 ,重点阐述了屏幕传输技术的新方法 ,解决了网络环境中实时图象网络实时处理的难题。
This paper proposes a method of network transmission and real-time image processing for heat supplying manage system based on network. It emphasizes the new technique of screen transmission, solves the difficult problem of image real-time processing and transmission via network.
