对“分配不公”应有科学界定,不能任意扩大,“非法收入”不应列入其中。“效率优先,兼顾公平”是处理效率与公平关系的正确原则,应将其贯穿于全部分配领域,不宜因宏观微观范围不同而倾斜。收入均等化或其趋势不是公平标准。这一标准主要是指收入差距的合理化。
'Unfair distribution' ought to be given a scientific definition, avoiding any arbitrary ex-tention of its meaning and 'illicit income' should not be included. 'Efficiency first, fair-ness considered' is the right principle coping with the relationship between them, whichshould be so observed in the process of the distribution that no allowance for inclination begiven to different micro and macroscopes. Income egualitarianlism and or its tendency areof no criterion of fairness. The criterion mainly refers to the reasonableness in the incomedisparity.
