摘要
本文以作3,5-diBr-PADAT显色剂,根据Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Co^(2+)显色的pH范围不同,用流动注射pH梯度技术,并借助偏最小二乘法(PLS),对线性加和性较好的Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+)二元体系及加和性较差的Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Co^(2+)三元体系进行了研究,所获结果比较满意。
The use of 3.5-diBr-PADAT as the chromogenic reagent for the simulta-neous determination of the binary mixtures(Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+)),whose additivity ofabsorbance is fairly good,and the ternary mixtures(Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Co^(2+)),whoseadditivity of absorbance is oor,is studied.According to the difference of thepH range,FIA pH gradients technique and Partial Least-Squares are employed.The results are satisfactory.
