摘要
以硅烷偶联剂为改性剂 ,通过平行实验和正交实验研究了纳米TiO2 有机化表面改性的影响因素。结果表明 ,硅烷偶联剂用量为 1 0 %、pH值为 6、改性时间为 1 .0~ 1 .5h ,改性后的纳米TiO2 的亲油化度达到 74 .2 % 。
The surface modification of nanometer TiO 2 poder and the effect factors are studied by using silane coupling agent as modifier with parallel and orthogonal experiments.Results show the lipophilic degree of modified nanometer TiO 2 can reach 74.2% in the optimal modifying condition that the content of silane coupling agent is 10%,pH is 6 and modification time is 1.0~1.5 h.And the poders are well dispersed in cyclohexane and xylene.
