摘要
分析了数控机床位置伺服系统存在的不确定性 ,应用混合灵敏度设计方法设计H∞ 鲁棒控制器。详细讨论加权函数阵的选取方法 ,以及被控对象模型中含有一个积分环节控制器的设计方法。通过仿真试验证明该控制器对于模型参数摄动具有很好的鲁棒稳定性 ,对于负载扰动具有很强的抑止能力。
The uncertainty of AC position servo system of CNC has been analyzed. A mixed sensitivity design method is applied to design H ∞robust controller. The selection of weighting function matrixes and the controller design method for a plant with a pole on imaginary axis is discussed in detail. The results of the simulation experiments have proved that the controller has strong robustness to model parameter uncertainty and system disturbances.
