摘要
近年来,跨国公司在华企业“独资化”的趋势越来越明显。本文认为这种趋势的产生主要有两方面的原因:一是跨国公司方面的内在原因,主要包括跨国公司自身经济变化、经营战略的转变、中外合作冲突加剧、跨国公司发展阶段、跨国公司知识产权战略的变化等5个方面。二是中国方面的外在原因,主要包括中国外资政策的变化、中国投资环境的变化和中国经济持续稳定发展等3个方面。
In recently, it can be distinctly seen that the tendency for MNC's constituent companies in China to become exclusively foreign - owned enterprises has been displayed increasingly clearly. This tendency's being have two sides'causes: one is MNC's causes, such as the mightiness of economy power, the change of management stratagems, and so on the other is China's causes,such as the change of China foreign capital policy,investment environmental,and China economy standing stabilization developing.
