摘要
矿业权市场建设是一个复杂的系统工程 ,不但包括矿业权市场建设本身 ,还包括地勘单位、矿山企业的深化改革和整合。本文从理论和实践两方面论述了矿业权市场与矿产勘查和矿业开发之间的纽带联系 ,运用多因素综合评价法对我国矿业权市场成熟度进行了全面、系统地评价 ,面对WTO对我国矿业的机遇和挑战 ,提出了我国矿业权市场建设的对策建议。
The construction of the mineral properties market is a complicated systems engineering.It includes not only how to buile the mineral properties market but also how to reform further and conflate geological exploring units and mining corporations.In this paper,the ligament relation among the mineral properties market,mineral exploring and mining exploitation is discussed from theory to practice and the maturation degree of China mineral properties market is appraised comprehensively by using much factors synthesis appraisal method.In the meantime.facing chance and challenge of China joining WTO.the author puts forward some countermeasure and advice for the construction of the mineral properties market in China.
