摘要
本文从宏观经济及微观经济的角度,分析了各种投资来源的公路建设项目的经济特点,并根据这些特点提出了它们自应遵循的收费原则,以及相应的收费标准的确定方法。
On (he basis of microeconomic and macroecoromic viewpoints, this ppper discusses the economic features of highways in the light of different modes to acquire capital investment. According to these features, the road-toll principles and methods of determining road-toll standards are presented.
