摘要
人们大量的时间与精力是花在人与人之间的交际方面,而交际过程是一个十分复杂的过程,即使是在传输一个十分简单的信息时,如果处理不当,都有可能出错,造成部分内容丧失或被误解.交际不仅包括言语交际,同时还包含非言语交际,后者对有效、成功的交际起着至关重要的作用却常被人们忽视.要减少或避免交际出错就必须兼顾两者.本文着重介绍了非言语交际的主要元素并阐述了非言语行为的交际作用.
People spend lots of time and energy on interpersonal communication. As we all know, communication is a very complicated process, and if mishandled, messages conveyed may not be fully understood or may even be misunderstood. Communication comprises verbal and non-verbal communications, the latter of which plays a crucial role in effective communication while its role is often ignored. Both verbal and non-verbal elements should be taken into account if we want to avoid or reduce errors in communication. This article tends to introduce the principal non-verbal elements and the important role non-verbal behaviors play in communication.
