摘要
基于在氢氧化钠碱性介质中高锰酸钾氧化异烟肼的化学发光现象 ,提出高锰酸钾 异烟肼 氢氧化钠化学发光新体系 ,结合流动注射分析技术进行了异烟肼的测定。本法选择性好、灵敏度高。异烟肼在 0 0 1~5 0mg/L浓度范围内与化学发光分析信号呈线性关系 ;检出限为 7.0 μg/L ;对 0 .5mg/L的异烟肼进行 11次连续测定 ,相对标准偏差为 2 .5 %。方法已成功地应用于片剂中异烟肼的测定。
A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence ( CL) system for the determination of isoniazid was proposed. It is based on the oxidation reaction between potassium permanganate and isoniazid in the basic medium of sodium hydroxide. The system offers good selection,great sensitivity with a linear range of 0.01 similar to 5. 0 mg/L. The relative standard deviation (n = 11) is 2.5% for 0.5 mg/L isoniazid and the detection limit is 7.0 mug/L. The method has been applied to the determination of isoniazid in tablet samples with satisfactory results.
