摘要
随着基础教育课程的改革,体育与健康课程基本理念的确立,原先那种中学运动会的内容、形式已不能全面贯彻"健康第一"的体育教学思想,而重新构建一种符合中学生身心特点、符合学生需要、兴趣,并能让大多数学生得到健康、和谐、全面发展的运动会模式已迫在眉睫。
