摘要
本文从机械类应用型本科人才的基本素质和人才培养模式的三个不同层次 ,分析了当前人才培养模式中存在的主要问题 ,着重阐述了以培养方案为核心 ,强化工程教学与工程实践的结合 ;以技能竞赛为补充 ,提高学生的实践动手能力 ;以创新创意作品竞赛为引导 。
This paper analyzes in three aspects the main problems in developing the basic abilities of applied undergraduates of mechanical engineering. It emphasizes that we should center on the training scheme and combine the teaching of engineering with practice. We should help students acquire practical skills through skill competitions, and cultivate their ability to create and innovate by promoting students' innovational works.
