摘要
高等艺术院校教师教育理论的学习与研究存在诸多问题,本文对其现状和加强教育理论学习与研究的必要性进行分析,并提出改变与强化的对策。
There are many problems among college art teachers in their study and research of educational theories. This thesis is an analysis of the status quo, stresses the necessity of underpinning educational theory research, and puts forward the measures therefor.
