摘要
利用无机絮凝剂聚合AlCl3与有机高分子助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺复配使用,对天然芒硝制取化工产品元明粉的原料硝水进行精制试验。介绍了试验流程和原理,研究了沉降时间、pH值、絮凝剂、助凝剂加入量及其投放比对絮凝效果的影响,并确定了最佳静沉时间、最适pH值、絮凝剂及助凝剂最佳加入量及其投放比。
The paper discusses the disposed of Na2SO4 which is the raw material s of aqueous glauber salt distilled from natural mirabilite though the comprehen sive utilization of inorganic flocculate polymeric AlCl3 and organic macromolecu le polyacrylamide, introduces the experiment process and principle, and studies on the influences exerted by settling time, PH value, flocculate as well as proj ection quantum and ratio of flocculating aid, and defines best setting time and pH in addition to the best projection quantum and ratio .
