摘要
通过文献资料法、观察法、技术录像解析法及教学实践法,探讨了优秀竞技健美操运动员的艺术表现力对提高竞技健美操运动成绩的重要作用,同时分析了编排、音乐与节奏、运动员的运动智能等因素对运动员艺术表现力的影响,旨在为竞技健美操教学和训练提供参考。
With literature,observation,technical recording analysis and teaching practice,the artistic expression power plays an important role to improve the performance of calisthenics.At the same time,the artistic expression power is influenced on the factors of arrangement,music,rhythm,sports intelligence of gymnasts,etc.The aim of this paper is to help improve teaching and trainng of calisthenics.
