摘要
说明国际标准对我国经济发展的重要性。分析国际标准IEC61850对电网调度自动化系统有关参数的准确性要求,讨论我国具体情况和在执行国际标准时应注意的问题。
The importance of the international standards for China economy development is expounded. The metering veracity of parameters in power network dispatching automation, requested by the international standard IEC 61850, is analyzed in the paper. The real situation and attentive problems for carrying out the international standard in China are also discussed.
