摘要 研究了记忆电机的设计方法 ,分析了记忆电机的磁场分布特点。分析发现 ,当电机的其他尺寸一定时 ,永磁体的极弧系数对气隙磁密幅值的影响比径向长度的影响明显 ,永磁体靠近轴侧的一定范围内磁密为零 ,因此记忆电机的永磁体存在一个有效径向长度。 Key design method and the characteristics of magnetic field distribution of memory motors are studied in this paper. It is discovered that the influence of pole arc of permanent magnets (PMs) to pole pitch on the amplitude of air gap flux density is more obvious than that of the radial length of PMs. It is also discovered that there exist an effective radial length of PMs since flux density in PMs near the axis is zero.
