摘要
解剖了左、右各30侧腘动脉及其关节支。结果显示:左、右侧腘动脉的长度分别为16.10± 0.84Cm和16.53±0.87cm,两者相差不显著。腘动脉的外径右侧(5.42±1.49mm)稍大于左侧(4.73±1.30mm)。左侧83%和右侧87%的标本中,含有共干起始的关节支,共干形式有8种。95%的关节支起自股骨内、外上髁连线平面上、下各3cm的范围内。关节支的起始方位与其支配的部位一致。左、右对应关节支的外径相差不显著。
The investigation of 30 right and 30 left specimens of the popliteal arteries and theirarticular branches shows the results as the follwing, The lengthes of the right and left popliteal arteries are 16.10±0.84 cm and16.53±0.87 cm respectively. There is no significance between them. The external diameter of the right popliteal artery (5.42±1.49mm) is slightly larger than that of the left one(4.73±1.30mm). The common trunk of articular branches exsits in 83% and 87% specimens in the right and left knee respectively. About 95% origins of the articular branches are located within 3 cm above and below the level of the transverse plane passing through the medial and lateral epcodyles of the femur.The orientation of origin of each articular branche is in line with distribution. The exteral diameters of the corresponding articular branches in both right and left knee are similar to each other.
